All prices provided online, by form, or verbally are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after a full discussion of the job details, access conditions, item list, and service requirements.

Quotes rely on the accuracy of the information you submit. Any missing, incorrect, or incomplete details may result in price changes before or on the day of service.

3. Additional Charges

Extra fees may apply for circumstances including:

Stairs or restricted access
Long carries or difficult loading conditions
Dismantling or assembly
Parking restrictions or fines
Extra items not declared
Waiting time or delays outside our control

4. Booking Confirmation

A quote does not guarantee availability. A booking is only confirmed once Plumstead Stock & Swap LTD issues written confirmation and any required deposit is paid.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Changes to your booking may affect the final price. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee.

6. Liability & Insurance

We handle all items with care. Standard goods‑in‑transit and public liability cover apply, subject to policy terms. High‑value, fragile, or unusual items must be declared in advance.

7. Access & Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal access at all locations. Items must be packed and ready unless packing services are included in your request.

8. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or failed payments may incur additional charges.

9. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse unsafe, illegal, hazardous, or improperly packed items. Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
